I had damage from the May 2024 windstorms to one area of my home that happened to be a full 1/1 rental unit in the Casa View Oaks neighborhood of East Dallas. Time was of the essence to me because of this, and everyone at Pronto Packout was so flexible and accommodating. I was pleased with the way that they handled my belongings. I had a couple of pillows that we couldn't find and they're handling the situation with integrity. I saw my pack out and pack in team act with customer service and respect in mind, and they did it with a smile and a great attitude in a very stressful atmosphere. Vance, Damien, Manny, Luis, Pat Mefatt and Brittaney were all extremely patient and respectful, flexible and accommodating during a super stressful time in my life and I owe a thank you to each one of them. I would highly recommend pronto packout if you are ever in need. They were professional, quick and super responsive. And it ended up being cheaper than I expected! Damian, Manney and Luis were the ones that were helping me - I was on a work zoom call and they were so flexible letting me look at stuff and being patient when I was in the middle of work. Pronto Packout did an outstanding job for us in totally packing out my wife's condo and then putting things back as they had been. Vance, Damien, Manny and Joe were all professional and cared to do things "right" to please us. Our 5-STAR rating OF Pronto Packout was definitely EARNED !!

The guys who brought my things back to my home were on time and handled the items with care. Damian, Bobby, Manny and Joe did a phenomenal job getting a huge sofa thru a small door. What a relief!!
